The Hall was open to the public for the Open London event on 21^st September 2014. Members of the Society and of the staff were present to guide the visitors and talk about the Society, its history, its current work and  the Hall. There were several stands dealing with aspects of the activities of the Society. Over 1700 people visited the Hall and the feedback from the visitors was most favourable.
