Day one walk of the Master’s Fund Inter-Medical School Sponsored Walk

The Master, Dr David Jefferys invites you to take part in a sponsored walk in order to help raise money for the Master’s Fund. The Master’s Fund helps fund financial hardship grants to medical and pharmacy students in their final or penultimate year of study who are struggling financially and at risk of dropping out. Each of the medical schools in England and Wales are invited to nominate students who might be in need. Last year 81 students were awarded financial hardship grants of between £750 and £1,500 and a further 7 students were given emergency grants which together totalled £12,540.

If you’d like to take part in what promises to be a really fun and educational walk, please book yourself in here. If you are not able to take part, please consider sponsoring this event by making a donation via JustGiving no donation is too small to make, all contributions are welcomed: https://www.justgiving.com/page/masters-fund-walk (please remember to leave your name so we can keep track of donations generated).
