The Faculty of the History and Philosophy of Medicine and Pharmacy hosted a book launch on Tuesday 2nd July with Victoria Johnson. The title of the book ‘American Eden, David Hosack, Botany, and Medicine in the Garden of the Early Republic’.

The evening began with a tour,there was a poster competition and then a talk with a book signing.

Anna Bosanquet and William Parker were awarded certificates for the poster competition.

Thank you to Victoria Johnson who donated 50% of book sales proceeds to the Master’sFund.
