The Worshipful Company of Armourers and Brasiers and the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries will be hosting a joint symposium at Armourers’ Hall on the subject of ‘Materials Science and Medicine: Delivering Healthcare Improvements’.

It will highlight some of the latest innovations in Materials Science with medical and healthcare applications, exploring the path from discovery to commercialisation and the impact of this
sector for society.

This invitation-only event will be split into two parts, the full symposium or the evening lecture and reception: 2-6 pm: The main symposium programme of talks and panels.
6-8 pm: The Apothecary’s lecture and evening reception.
