Charity Committee: Lunch at the Jockey Club Rooms Newmarket

Event Details

This event is a celebration of the work of the Charity Committee and the generosity of the Members who donate.  Hosted by Simon Bailey, Chair of the Charity Committee, members will have a unique opportunity to lunch at the private Jockey Club Rooms in Newmarket.

Attendees will make their own way to Newmarket for pre-lunch drinks at 12.30pm.  Lunch will be served at 1pm.  The cost of the wines for the lunch is generously donated by Simon Bailey; all profit from the event will go to the Master’s Fund.  This fabulous event has been arranged at a weekend to enable working members to attend more easily.  The Jockey Club Rooms has a significant collection of racing art and for those who would like a little more on the day there is the wonderful National Museum of Horseracing almost next door.
Newmarket is 40 minutes’ drive north of the M25 via the M11 or 25 minutes from Cambridge by train.

Who can attend: Society members

Cost: £69.00
