JOINING THE FACULTY OF CONFLICT AND CATASTROPHE MEDICINE
Membership of the Faculty of Conflict and Catastrophe Medicine is open to anyone
with an interest in the provision of high-quality care to the victims of all forms
of disaster and conflict.
It is not necessary to be a healthcare professional, in recognition of the multi-disciplinary
nature of disaster relief. Applications are welcome from people from any background.
Students are also most welcome to join the Faculty, and enjoy a reduced subscription
rate.
Annual subscriptions are only £30 per year (£15 for students in full-time education),
and the subscription year runs from 1st September to 31st August. New members
joining after 1st February are not liable for further subscriptions until 1st
September of the following year. Members are encouraged to complete a Gift Aid form which allows the Faculty to reclaim tax on subscriptions and donations.
