The Faculty of the History and Philosophy of Medicine and Pharmacy organises a series of Eponymous Lectures is held each year at the Apothecaries’ Hall. These high-profile events are open to the public and feature distinguished and well-known speakers from a variety of professions. Many of these are open to the public as well as members and Fellows.
The Flavell Symposium will begin at 9am-4pm. There is a separate fee for this.
The Library is open from 5pm. The lecture begins at 6pm. Lectures are free to attend and open to all, booking is advisable.
Please note as of October 2016 the Eponymous Lecture suppers will be at the following rate;
Faculty Members £39.00 ( Supper including drinks reception)
Non-Members £43.00 ( Supper including drinks reception)
Drinks reception only after lecture £5.00
